Broke Gravy is a Portland-based improv group that mixes the unique experiences of their audience with narrative, relationship, and the unexpected to create a show that is always surprising and new. Sometimes they ask you questions. Sometimes you ask THEM questions. Every time they'll discover something that explores humor, humanity, and truth.
Landry and Summers (Chicago, IL)
Shaun Landry and Hans Summers are the improv ensemble Landry & Summers. They've been improvising together since 1986 and married since Valentine's Day 1991, making them live proof that long-form improv can last decades. Their acclaimed format, The Porch, invites audiences into the lives of two neighbors reflecting love, loss, and the partners they've outlived. Built from audience suggestions, Shaun and Hans will make you want to call your GenX parents afterwards and tell them "well played" with that relationship.
